NUTRITION – 226ERS “FEED YOUR DREAMS”
AFTER WORKOUT:
After exercise, it is crucial to recover as soon as possible in order to assimilate the training and perform to your full potential on the following day. Recovery Drink is a recovery shake formulated with amylopectin sourced from potato starch and concentrated whey protein from GRASS-FED milk of high biological value, as it is only sourced from grass-fed cows without the use of antibiotics or growth hormones. Thanks to this it retains the biological characteristics of the whey peptides and provides all the necessary essential amino acids for growth and for maintaining bodily functions.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE GRASS FED FORMULATION:
Dissolve 2 scoops (50g) of product in 500ml of water and shake. Consume 500ml of recovery drink up to 45 minutes after exercise. For a perfect dissolution it is recommended to add a part of water, the product and shake vigorously to finish filling the mixture with water.
RECOMENDED USAGE:
Recommended daily dose 50 grams.
Dissolve 2 scoops (50g) of product in 500ml of water and shake. Use a bottle or 226ERS shaker.
Consume 500ml up to 45 minutes after exercise. For a perfect dissolution it is not recommended to mix with milk or soy milk as it slows absorption.

The IRONMAN Group and 226ERS is renewing and expanding their existing partnership to supply nutrition bars across all of IRONMAN’s European events, spanning 13 different countries and inclusive of 44 IRONMAN and IRONMAN 70.3 races.
Since 2021, 226ERS has been the official supplier of nutrition bars to the IRONMAN triathlon series in Spain, Italy, Portugal and Andorra.
226ERS will supply VEGAN GUMMY BARS and RACE DAY BARS across the European IRONMAN events to help support the carbohydrate needs of the athletes on race day. Both products contain up to 25g of high quality and natural carbohydrates, and are small, light, easy to chew and digest to help optimize athlete performance.
