NUTRITION – 226ERS “FEED YOUR DREAMS”
AFTER WORKOUT:
After exercise, it is crucial to recover as soon as possible in order to assimilate the training and perform to your full potential on the following day. Recovery Drink is a recovery shake formulated with amylopectin sourced from potato starch and concentrated whey protein from GRASS-FED milk of high biological value, as it is only sourced from grass-fed cows without the use of antibiotics or growth hormones. Thanks to this it retains the biological characteristics of the whey peptides and provides all the necessary essential amino acids for growth and for maintaining bodily functions.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE GRASS FED FORMULATION:
Dissolve 2 scoops (50g) of product in 500ml of water and shake. Consume 500ml of recovery drink up to 45 minutes after exercise. For a perfect dissolution it is recommended to add a part of water, the product and shake vigorously to finish filling the mixture with water.
INGREDIENTS:
Grass Fed whey protein concentrate (milk, soy lecithin), potato starch, fat reduced cocoa powder, creatine monohydrate, aroma, MCT (Medium Chain Triglyceride) powder, flaxseed (Linum usitatissimum, seed), thickeners (guar gum and xanthan gum), L-Arginine AKG, sodium chloride, sweetener (sucralose).
RECOMENDED USAGE:
Recommended daily dose 50 grams.
Dissolve 1 package 50g of product in 500ml of water and shake. Use a bottle or 226ERS shaker.
Consume 500ml up to 45 minutes after exercise. For a perfect dissolution it is not recommended to mix with milk or soy milk as it slows absorption.
